If the tack you received is not the correct size for your horse, please notify us, and we will promptly address the issue. We offer adjustments to the tack or replacement/exchange of a piece to ensure it fits your horse perfectly.
In the event that the color of the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us. In most cases, we are happy to facilitate an exchange to ensure you receive the product in the desired color. We recommend requesting color samples if you are uncertain about the colors before making a purchase. This ensures that you have a clear understanding of the colors you choose.
For most situations, return shipping will be covered by Cascadia Custom Tack. However, please note that there may be exceptions, and we recommend checking with us regarding the specific circumstances of your return.
If an item breaks during normal use, please contact us for assistance. Depending on the situation, it may be covered under our warranty. We are dedicated to ensuring the longevity and quality of our products.
